Render Problems on Final Cut

We used a program called "Debut" to capture some footage off our computer screen. The footage was somebody typing a Facebook status about how excited they were about their evening. This part is vital to the narrative as it explains the irony behind the character and their costumes. However, at the moment the text is not visible enough and so we need to zoom in on the status. Because this is not actually video footage, Final cut takes extremely long to render the clip (about 1 hour), and so we do not have time to complete the render process.
